Return Policy

SHIPPING

All orders ship from Evans, GA daily Monday- Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification, etc). We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail throughout the United States. Local Pickup from our salon is also available for all product orders. Our address for order pickup is Salon West Studio & Spa 601 N. Belair Office Square Evans, GA 30809. At this time we are not offering International Shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges & returns within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be undamaged and unused. Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the item(s) is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.
